Knitted Handbag - new items in my Etsy shop

Brownies Recipe
You probably noticed that I bake more sweet things lately. It's so great to create something and then share it with others. Here's another recipe that I tried yesterday.
Brownies
what you will need:
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1/3 cup self-raising flour
- 175g butter
- 3/4 cup caster sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 3 eggs
- icing sugar for decorating
How to make it:
Turn the oven to 180˚C
Cut the butter and put it in a saucepan, melt it
Put the caster sugar and brown sugar in a bowl.
When the butter is melted , pour it into the bowl and mix together with a whisk
Add one egg, mix all together, repeat with the rest of the eggs
Sift both the flours and cocoa through a strainer into the sugar mixture, then whisk to mix all together
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan
Put the pan in the oven, bake for 15 minutes
Put a foil sheet over the top and continue baking for another 45 minutes
after it's baked cut the cold brownies into small squares and decorate them with icing sugar
to decorate sprinkle some icing sugar

I am not a super woman
I wish I could duplicate myself so I would be able to do all I want during the 24 hours. The day is too short for all the things that are on my to do list. I think I've just realized I am not a super woman and I just have to choose what is most important or be more orgenized.

Blueberry Cake Recipe
I love bluberries and all the things that you can make with them. Even my blog name has this word in the title. On the point on my blog name; when I first started blogging it was called differently, read it here
But I wanted to share not only recipies, but also my craft ideas,my photos and other things, so I changed the name again and again and that's how it became Blueberry Craft and Hobby Time.
Here's an easy recipe for a Blueberry Cake:
you will need:
- 2 small eggs
- 3/4 cup of brown sugar
- 2 cups o self-raising flour
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 3/4 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup vegatable oil
- 1 teaspoon of icing sugar
Instrucation how to make it:
Switch the oven, preaheat it to 200˚C
Put the flour and sugar in a strainer and sift them into a bowl
Break th eggs into a jug and using fork, beat it until it becomes one color
Add beaten egg, blueberries,milk and oil to the flour mixture
Stir it until it is mixed together
Spoon the cake mixture into lightly greased pan
Put the pan in the oven for around 25 minutes
Sift some icing sugar on baked cake
Enjoy!!!

My favourite evening snack - photo
When I was pregnant, every evening I had to have a toast or two with butter, soft white cheese and some jam on top. I still have it every day, it's my favourite snack at the moment. Once I have that ready I just have to make myself hot chocolate and then I can sit down and relax.
