How to make - Pineapple puff cookies -very easy

If you would like to make something very delicious why don't you make Pineapple Puffs. All you need is :

  • Puff pastry ready to use- I used a block but you can get sheets puff pastry

  • Pineapple slices
Your kids will love to help you making these puffs, it's lots of fun and it's very easy.
Roll your pastry using a bit of flour or icing sugar if you want the pastry to be sweet
Let your child to cut it in different shapes, using cutters

Put some pineapple slices in the middle of the shaped pastry, use the whole slice or cut it into smaller bits

Put your puffs on the baking sheet , spread a little bit of bitten egg white on top of the pastry

Follow the instructions from the package for temperature settings for the type of the pastry that you bought. I put mine for 180 C and kept it in the oven for around 10-12 minutes, once they golden brown, they ready

Enjoy!!! I can tell you that they will disappear very quick
