Raspberry Bites recipe

This Raspberry bites are very quick and easy to make, but make lots of them as they will disappear very fast, they are delicious

You will need:

  • Raspberry Jam
  • Puff Sheets
  • Egg white

Roll you puff sheet to make it more thin

Spread your jam on the puff sheet

Roll it up from both sides- see photo below

Once you have it rolled up, cut it into small portions and you can spread some egg white on top

Bake it - follow instruction from your puff pastry maker
I had it on 180 degrees for about 15 minutes - until golden brown

ENJOY!!!!
